Who can review

Any signed-in resident can leave one review per business or listing. You can update or remove your own review at any time.

What's allowed

  • Honest accounts of your own experience.
  • Constructive feedback that helps other neighbors decide.
  • Specific details about service, quality, or value.

What's not allowed

  • Reviews of businesses you have a financial interest in.
  • Reviews you were paid to write, positive or negative.
  • Personal attacks, harassment, or discriminatory language.
  • Reviews about events you did not personally experience.

Disputes and moderation

Business owners can flag reviews they believe violate this policy. A human moderator reviews the dispute and may hide the review, request edits from the author, or dismiss the dispute. The action taken is logged.

Owner replies

Public replies from owners are a planned feature. Until then, owners can resolve concerns by improving their profile or requesting verification.
