Acceptable use policy

What's allowed — and what isn't — on MidgaMKT.

MidgaMKT is a community-built marketplace. We expect every participant to use it in good faith and in compliance with local, state, and federal law. The list below isn't exhaustive — when in doubt, ask, or err on the side of not posting.

Prohibited

Posting illegal goods, services, or content of any kind.
Fraud, phishing, fake business profiles, or impersonation.
Harassment, hate speech, or threats targeting people or groups.
Bulk scraping, automated requests, or attempts to disrupt the service.
Posting content you do not own or have permission to share.
Manipulating reviews, verifications, or trust signals.
Sexual, sexually suggestive, or graphically violent content.
Selling regulated items where local law prohibits doing so.

What happens after a violation

Depending on severity, we may remove content, issue a warning, temporarily suspend an account, or terminate access permanently. Repeat offenses escalate quickly.
