Reporting policy
How to flag content that violates our standards, and what happens next.

- Listings for prohibited items or services.
- Reviews that violate the review policy.

- User accounts engaged in harassment or abuse.
How to report

What happens next
A human moderator reviews the report, the entity, and the reporter's notes. Outcomes include: dismiss (no violation), warning, content edit, content removal, or account action. Every decision is recorded in an internal audit log.
Reporter privacy
The subject of a report is not told who reported them. Moderators see your identity to prevent abusive reporting patterns.
